SHIPPING

RETURNS
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns, it is the customer's responsibility to deliver the item back to Alabqary Mobile phone TR. For the customer's convenience, Alabqary Mobile phone TR. may be able to provide an option for collection via courier at a nominal rate.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

WARRANTY POLICY

We really hope that you're happy with your purchase! Should you have a problem with your purchase, we offer a Standard Warranty that covers most items for up to 1 year. In most cases, the warranty is provided by the official manufacturer and their service centre. This ensures that the product is managed by trained professionals and with utmost care.


For any products with an issue, the customer can either return the item at the Alabqary Mobile phone TR. Office, or we can arrange for a pick up that will be charged at a nominal rate. 

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
